Our Science

At Amelium Farms, we cultivate some of the rarest, most beautiful and delicious mushrooms around! We do this exclusively on post-consumer organic material and we handle all of our own waste by feeding it to our worm composting system. In short, we are a negative waste company.

In only a few short weeks, organic material such as spent coffee grounds or spent distillers grains is transformed into both gourmet mushrooms and nutritionally dense worm compost for your gardens – call it “Mushroom Alchemy”, if you will.
